Dean deserved to retire and find peace. He deserved to be loved and held. He deserved Cas’ love even if at times he acted as if he didn’t want it. Because he did, he always did. He was never shown love so when it happened it scared him and made him act out but God, did he deserve every last bit of it. He deserved to find his forever home and finally live a life. He deserved to be an uncle, a dad, a husband. He deserved to relax at the beach with Cas by his side. Dean Winchester deserved more.
